Technically speaking, maintenance refers to the functioning with testing, servicing, repairing or replacement of required machinery, equipment, or devices. All of our installations come with a free first year of maintenance from Safety Engineers and Consultants from the date of installation. In accordance with the needs of the client, we can offer AMC for current and former sites.

Fire Fighting System Annual Maintenance

For stationary fire fighting systems, Safety Engineers and Consultants executes a non-comprehensive annual maintenance contract. We hold a licence to test, examine, and maintain systems as well as to issue Form B.

Key Points :

• Property Management must Safeguard Safe Working Settings of the Equipment
• Training of Existing / New Staff Members is Compulsory
• Issue AMC with At least Quarterly Visits

Quarterly Maintenance of Fire Fighting Equipment:

• Check all of the equipment for broken or missing pieces.
• With the hydrant open at the ground, run each pump for three minutes at a time.
• Test the fire alarm system. Examine the fire extinguishers. Check the water pressure in sprinklers.
• Test the generator's pumps sprinklers.
• Randomly check any floor's hydrant and hose reel.

Important Points:

• Property Management must Confirm Safe Operational Conditions of the Equipment
• Training of Exiting / New Staff Members is Compulsory
• Issue AMC with At least 2 Yearly Visits

Operation of Pressurization Axial Fans:

• Keep the Control Panel in Auto Mode at ALL TIMES
• DO NOT Obstruct the Fan Blades or Air Inlet Vents
• If a fan makes an abnormal noise, turn it off right away. Do not restart the fan without an engineer's visit.

MONTHLY Maintenance of Pressurization Axial Fans:

• Start the Fan in MANUAL MODE once a Month for 2 Hours
• Ensure Panel is Again Set to AUTO MODE after Monthly Trial

O&M For Mechanical Ventilation

Important Points :

• Property Management must Ensure Safe Operational Conditions of the Equipment
• Training of Exiting / New Staff Members is Mandatory
• Issue AMC with At least 2 Yearly Visits

Operation of Mechanical Ventilation Equipments

• Keep the Control Panel in Auto Mode at ALL TIMES
• DO NOT Obstruct the AXIAL Fan Blades or Air Inlet Vents
• In Case of Any Abnormal Noise from Fan Switch Off Immediately, DO NOT RESTART THE FAN without Engineer Visit

MONTHLY Maintenance of MECHANICAL VENTILATION Equipment :

• Start the Fan in MANUAL MODE once a Month for 2 Hours
• Ensure Panel is Again Set to AUTO MODE after Monthly Trial
